Memoirs of an immigrant is a recollection of real life stories from DACA recipient turned entrepreneur, Luis Cortes. Cortes takes his audience on a heartfelt journey of what life as an immigrant is like in America. From humble beginnings during his early life in Mexico to illegally immigrating into America as a six year old boy, Luis showcases the unspoken part of what it means to be a DACA recipient and a dreamer working hard to turn his dreams into reality. More intimately we will also hear about Cortes' spiritual journey, and achieving the ultimate success, which to him is finding his beloved Cyndi, & the family that has defined success to him.
