This is the kind of leadership the world needs.When I was a teenager, I was a rebel without a cause. You could say my life had no direction. At 22, I realized that if I didn't change my lifestyle, I was destined to be mediocre and waste the enormous potential I knew I had.At that moment I made one of the most important decisions of my life: commit myself to the process of personal transformation.
