Hello there. We all experience negative times in our lives. When I started this podcast, I wasn't quite sure where it would take me or what it would be about. Then certain events happened in my life and this has become my outlet as experience and go thru a painful but inevitable process for us all. I've always been one to watch my feelings and thoughts as I experience them while documenting my understanding and navigation through them. This helps me come to terms with the process and I hope I can shed some light on processes very few want to talk about.
