Following challenges facing the global community including Tanzania that is unemployment among youth, threats to peace and stability, lack of livelihood skills, marginalization of youth and women in policy and political processes, and environmental pollution.The “Parsalaw's Podcast” designed to address all these challenges from their roots. The program is designed with a range of topics that are designed in a manner that they will bring sustainable solutions to these dominant challenges. Topics that will be featured will cover a wide range of social, political and economical angles linking them with youth and women challenges hence cause a data driven conversation among youth and women, political and religious leaders and the entire community. These conversations will be linked with our social media plats to cover a wide range of the society.The podcast will bring in famous musicians, development experts, media personalities, government leaders, international and development organizations. These groups of people will take part in the project as virtual trainers, mentors and inspirational figures to youth and the entire community.
