Tolerance

This podcast is all about its namesake: tolerating and respecting other people's opinions and additionally, testing our own alcohol tolerances. Each episode will feature a guest who functions as the arbiter of alcohol, selecting a beverage of choice for themselves and the hosts to enjoy. Predictably, this formula leads to many a drunken ramble, but we hope to provide - at the very least - some relaxing entertainment and perhaps even (on rare occasions) something vaguely insightful. The Tolerance podcast is motivated by the fact that fewer and fewer people are willing to sit down and discuss their views with one another; at least, without wanting to tear each other apart when all is said and done. We posit that you can hold vastly different opinions to one another and still get along just fine. We also maintain that - in the age of cancel culture - many people are far too quick to judge one another, lacking nuance and ignoring context.
