Are you tired of feeling stuck in the “not good enough” mentality, feeling uncomfortable in your own body, and just an overall feeling of being off balance in one or more areas of your life?Welcome to the Balance. Slay. Repeat podcast where you’ll be hearing from me, Carolyn Barnes, a certified Holistic Health Coach, among various health and wellness industry experts. I believe that to break through those self sabotaging behaviors and achieve true wellness you have to look at it from a holistic perspective. All areas of life are connected and if one area of your life is out of balance, the body may overcompensate, causing yet another imbalance, and so on. Over time, these can lead to major health concerns and not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and so on. This isn’t woo woo, it’s science, y’all. Balance and wellness is an ongoing process, which is why I give you actionable baby steps towards creating this balance so you can go out and slay it with action, and then repeat.
