Dr. Josef Arnould has been studying and practicing eating nutritiously and exercising intelligently for 55 years, that is, since he was a 16-year-old high school athlete. For the past 35 years, he has shared his knowledge and experience with thousands of trainees from ages 18 to 98 in his exercise and chiropractic clinic, the Strength for Life(R) Health & Fitness Center. In 2019, Morgan James Publishing released his groundbreaking book on nutrition, American Diet Revolution!. In the same year, his third book on strength training, Abdominal Strength for Life, was also released. Now, in this podcast, Dr. Arnould provides essential (but often overlooked) insights into nutrition and exercise via brief monologues as well as through longer interviews with other experts and trainees in these exciting fields of natural health.
